Romano (40) grew up as a son of a Sicilian with the Italian kitchen in his blood. His greatest love is still the Italian kitchen and today he is looking to the future. His knowledge and experience with the Mediterranean kitchen adds Spanish, Greek, but also Lebanese and Oriental influences to it.

His great passion for travelling has brought him to all four corners of the world. This love of travel translates into his culinary exeperience and passion.

Above all else Romano puts cooking first in his life. The traditional base of each dish is very important to him and he is at his happiest when endlessly experimenting with flavors, usually always from a classical basis.
